We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. Full price items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s). [Ex: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 15th.]
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
